What is a diet to you? Eating discusting food that taste like cardboard? Well let me tell you something, whether you've got the mid-afternoon munchies or a late-night craving, want something sweet or something savory.
Read below the foods I think the yummiest for dieters!

Quaker Oats Low-Fat Chewy Granola Bars. They've got the size and taste of a regular candy bar. Peanut butter and chocolate are the best!
Fat-Free Cool Whip with anything! I could kiss the person that invented it!
Pitas! I can't live without them; they have so many uses. Make pita chips or slice them into two layers and toast them for two tostada shells!
Ground turkey breast! The meal possibilities are endless! Whether it's sloppy joes, turkey tacos, spaghetti sauce, turkey loaf or turkey burgers… I can find a million ways to make it.
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni—great for making pita pizzas. This has kept me from calling Pizza Hut many nights.
Vegetable Quesadillas. I eat them all the time with fat-free sour cream; they are so filling.
GUM! Chewing sugarless gum has saved me many a day when I wanted to eat, eat, eat.
Folgers Cafe Latte Caramel Groove—it tastes so good.
Grape tomatoes—great for guilt-free snacking.
Tomato juice with horseradish and hot sauce—just like having a Bloody Mary. I like to drink it while making dinner.
A Boca Burger, Wonder Light Bun and Velveeta Light Cheese. They make a low-calorie cheeseburger I can't live without!
Diet Root Beer. Add a scoop of light vanilla ice cream and have a root beer float.
Pirate's Booty (snack food by Robert's American Gourmet). I wish this goody wasn't so popular because my supermarket constantly runs out of it.
Sweet potatoes sliced into strips and "fried" in a pan with Pam nonstick cooking spray. Yum!
Splenda! I use it in coffee, desserts, cinnamon toast…anything! It's wonderful.
Nonfat chocolate pudding with just a dollop of light or nonfat whipped cream…so creamy it should be illegal.
Koodos
High Five to the splenda.
1this is a great list. here is a trick ive been doing every sunday . i take a head of broccoli, head of cauliflower, clean them and cut them into chunks. then i peel and slice 2 cucumbers and i buy the baby carrots. put them all in there own ziplock bag . then i make hidden valley ranch dip but i use reduced fat sour cream. 2 tablespoons is only 1 WW point then all week i throw a bit of all the veggies in a ziplock and take to work with some dip. great munchie snack and im getting all my veggie requierments and the DIP is so good!
2Mmm I love that dip!! I agree that's a good snack tool. Snacking is my archilles heel.
3The peanut butter granola bars are great! The vegetables sound good too!
4Go easy on the splenda. It's not as good for you as they make you think! Go to a health food store and ask them about it, they will give you the healthy alternative. There are so many chemical processes they do to Splenda that makes it very bad for you.

8lol, thanks.
9I guess your right about the Splenda emt_ct_2000, but come on, have anything healthier similar to Splenda?
whats wrong with splenda??
10gum gum gum i cant live without it! im like violet in charlie and the chocolate factory:P the girl that chews all the time:P
11stevia is a healthy alternative to splenda--it's not artificial and is actually sweeter than sugar..or splenda, and it's completely natural which means no bad side effects, and it won't ruin your diet (carb/calorie free)
12Stevia is good, but so sweet. It took me a while to get used to how little you need to use.
13When I need "dry volume" for baking, I use Spenda Blend (1/2 sugar 1/2 Splenda) for Baking. For everything else, Stevia does it for me. Buy a bottle of the drops and it'll last you forever.
Being so sweet couldn't you just add some water to the bottle?
14Good idea for the baking!
